Jayman Wins Big Locally and Nationally!

2023 was a great year for Jayman BUILT, taking home multiple awards at both the CHBA Awards of Excellence and the CHBA National Awards for Housing Excellence. These associations award the best in the housing industry and celebrate the creative design and craftmanship of builders across Alberta and Canada.

At the CHBA Edmonton Region Awards of Excellence, Jayman BUILT won several awards including Builder of the Year, Large Volume in both Edmonton and Calgary region. This marks the 23rd year winning the award in Alberta. Jayman BUILT has been leading the industry in new home construction, sustainable building practices and energy efficient design for over 40 years. They spearheaded the introduction of BUILT GREEN ® in Alberta in 2005.

Additional wins that were achieved at the 2024 Awards of Excellence, include:
· Best Single Family Home (under $300,000) for the Brady 18
· Best Single Family Home ($300,000 – $350,000) for the Sonata 20
· Best Garden/Secondary Suite for the Karma Legal Suite
· Best Design Centre Show Room for the styleMagic Design Centre
· Best Net Zero Home for the Karma 24
· Environmental Award for the Single Family Large Volume Builder

Jayman also won the awards for Best Detached Home (under 1,800 sq. ft.) and Best Attached Low-Rise Home (1,500 – 1,800 sq. ft.) at the CHBA National Awards. The National Awards celebrate the best in Canadian new homes, renovations, community development & marketing. Jayman Built also one the Design Excellence Award for the third year in a row.
